Hungry? Go to Ikea.

Lois asked what kind of food is at Ikea. It's actually an odd menu. I had spinach quiche and salad and macaroni and cheese. Joy had turkey and vegetables. There were a lot of lingenberry options and Swedish meatballs, of course. Here's a link to the restaurant, though I couldn't get an actual menu. Sorry.

Becca Becca- I had chicken marsala and rice and veggies! My brother says their swedish meatballs are great, but I am not a big fan of red meat, so....

Hey. Meat's meat. I was going to say "Joy had some meat thingy and vegetables," but thought it was turkey. Oops. At least I didn't screw up what I had. That would be a symptom of something. (Too many House episodes lately).

Joy- How's school?

Sounds like the IKEA restaurant would be like visiting the Swedish relatives. I would probably have some meat-thingy too. What you had did sound very tasty--spinach quiche sounds excellent! How about some Swedish pancakes with lingonberrys and cream for dessert?

Yea, it's a bit scary. I'm half Swedish and half Norwegian, so I don't mind. I bet it pisses off the Germans.
