Bad Day

Okay, so today sucked. Big time. Anyone have some serious career ideas for me? I have a math degree and a Masters' in Education-Instruction.

Ugh.

Hang in there, girlfriend.

It's that time of year. Everyone in education is thinking of a career change (unless they are planning to retire in the spring). Remember, June is not that far away. Plus, I heard they might reinstate the Rule of 90. I figured it out today and that means we only have about 23 years to go! It's sad that I felt the need to figure it out. Hang in there!

Oh, I just realized that I used math to figure out how many years until I can retire. It's math teachers like you who helped me do that!!

Thanks LaRae and Scrapper. I'm just feeling sorry for myself. Sleep helped. Today, I get to put on a happy face and act like nothing is wrong (with the kids, at least). I should have taken a few acting classes in college!

Trust and explore your restlessness, discontent.

Can I tell you how happy I am it is a new semester here and I have new kids in my class? Oh, so great. College kids can be a huge pain... but some can be great. I enjoy the adults who have more life experience who come back to school. They tend to be very motivated students- much nicer to teach.
