Tomorrow I will be chaperoning a group of high school girls to a state-wide church youth event. We are going to have at least 4 hours in the car together over the weekend. Any suggestions for topics of conversation?

It happens a lot that difficult topics are more easily discussed while in a car. I think it has something to do with not having to look in the driver's eyes. I would say that the 4 young woman will direct the conversation without any help from you, but if you want to contribute, a car trip is the perfect time for discussing all the biggies...boys, sex, peer pressure, drinking.

wow - have fun with the trip. I am sure it will be a good time. 4 hours huh? Well...you can always talk about the big stuff - maybe segway into it with how has life been going? What kind of stuff have you been experiencing at school and so forth. You are great with this age group. You will rock!
