It's a Great Day for a Movie

As you may have noticed, I like movies. A lot. Today, I get to go to two of them!!! I will start the afternoon off with a viewing of Cars with three of my buddies under the age of 13. I hope ice cream (my second passion) will follow.

Then, an evening out with the eclectic church movie group/friends to see Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.

Cool, huh?

Movie of the Day: Adventures in Babysitting. :)

How was the movie?

The movie was great. Johnny Depp is so goofy! The Barnacle People were strangely grosser than the Skeleton People of the first film. I'm not quite sure why. 90% of the characters need a good dentist and it left a lot of things hanging for the last movie, but overall, it was great! You and Offspring # 1 should go! Zane went too, so you'll have to ask Michelle if he had any nightmares.

I've been told that Zane did not have nightmares. He is developing a fine sense of what is manipulative scaring in the movies. "I don't like it when they jump out at you," he said. I think he may be responding to the scene when I screamed and leaped out of my seat.
